This reef was deployed on 2/9/2000 and is composed of 50 tons of concrete culverts and pipes donated by Sikes Concrete of Panama City Fla. This reef is named after Bill Cranford, the first MBARA president who served from 1997 to 1999. This reef's position has been verified by the MBARA dive team 18 Jun 2010.
