If you are using a Internet Explorer 8 Web Browser and experiencing a problem with our "PAY ONLINE" button not responding, it is likely that you may be in "Compatibility View" mode.  You will need to do the following:  

         - Go to the "Tools" menu in the upper right corner of your browser.  

         - Select the "Tools" drop down menu. 

         - Look for "Compatibility View".  If there is green check mark in front of "Compatibility View", click

           on "Compatibility View" to remove the green check mark.  This will turn the Compatibility View

           mode off and allow you to process your transaction.
